Good morning Coordinators Network.

I am  working with our initiative around streamlining the way we operate. The  model we use in Hartford is based on the Children's Aid Society in NYC  where each lead agency director/coordinator creates a work plan that lays out the different activities, events, strategies, programs and subsequent outcomes that will be implemented at their site based on 4 community school pillars (family, students, community and school). Within each of your initiatives do you create an annual work plan or similar document that guides the work for the school year? If so would you be interested in sharing it? I'm really interested in seeing how others across the country operate with the goal of figuring out what would the most effective way to get this work done. Thanks in advance for your help.
