Life's Short... Make Everyday Count!

With the death of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna today; the question presented to us all is, “What would you do today, if you knew there was no tomorrow?"  What project would you end, or start? Is there a relationship that you would cultivate? Is there a goal you would to work harder towards? What conversation would you make sure you had?  To whom would you say, "you're important"?

The Shared Leadership Question

I was privileged to be able to spend my evening with representatives from the Children's Aid Society today.  And while the discussion had several focal points, there was some extended conversation about what shared leadership means.  

So I ask, what does does shared leadership mean to you?  How does it show up in your practice daily?
