Description of Position
Collaborate with community members, school principal, faculty and participating public/private agencies in support of students and their families. Develop partnerships, coordinate and advise partners, and facilitate a school advisory board for the community school. Plan and facilitate community schools offerings for students, parents, and community members, such as workshops, family nights, activities at school parent resource center, and represent the project in community events. Implement program operations in keeping with CFF and program’s policies and procedures, goals and objectives. Participate in hiring, supervising, developing and evaluating community school staff at the school site. Implement and monitor program/contract utilization, staff productivity. Budgeting and fiscal accountability. Ensure timely submission of all regular or required reports, regular collection and reporting of program data as required to support Children & Families First and the Performance Quality Indicators and project evaluation processes. Maintain agency standards regarding confidentiality and quality
