Hello, I am the Community School Coordinator at Carlin Springs Elementary in Arlington, VA. We are fortunate to have a robust "student support team" to support our students and families. The team includes two school counselors, a school social worker, a school psychologist, a mental health clinician, a behavior specialist, a special ed coordinator and an administrator (and myself). We meet weekly to coordinate wrap-around services and talk about how to link specific students and families to services. This team functions separately than the formalized school team who receives referrals for special ed and evaluation; however, we are noticing a lot of overlap in discussions and overlap in the members who sit on both team. We are hoping to clearly outline our function/goals as a team and clearly articulate our guiding practices. Does anyone have any resources, structures/processes or descriptions you use to guide your wrap-around student support team? Thank you in advance!
THANK YOU! This site is very helpful!

Jaymie, many of the resources on the COST page require for me to request permission to access. For example, the COST Team Planning Tool:
Is this something that is only available to internal staff or can you share more of the resources from the COST Toolkit page?
